How will my order ship?
Airplantman ships via USPS Priority Mail in the United States.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are flat rate and determined by your purchase total:
Up to $120: $55.00
$120-249: $85.00
$250 and up: $95.00 -
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, however shipping times may vary. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know at the time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. We recommend opening packages promptly upon arrival for plant health.

Do you ship orders internationally?
No, unfortunately we can only ship to U.S. addresses.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Refunds will not be issued. Airplantman is happy to issue an exchange on any damaged products within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
